LocalTopSpotPrivacy
What this site stores.
LocalTopSpot keeps the details needed to review a business, show a featured listing, and send the owner a private link. It does not build a profile of the people who visit.
From a business
The listing details
Name, city, trade, email, and phone. A website and Google Maps link are stored only if the business provides them.
The owner link
After approval, the email address is used to send a private page for that one business. That link is the owner’s access. It should not be shared.
The payment record
When a day or a week is paid for, the amount, dates, and payment status are stored. Card details stay with the payment provider. LocalTopSpot does not keep the card number.
From a visitor
Click counts only
A click on website, call, or directions adds one to that business’s count. There is no visitor account, and the inquiry is not sent to other businesses.
No lead resale
Contact details on a listing are there so a visitor can reach that business directly. They are not sold as leads.
